Michele has been a great asset to the Smooth Transitions team since the conception of my company. She has a unique talent in finding homes for peoples treasures. I approached Michele to work for me after I heard about her love of organization, antiquing, and research. Michele enjoys researching items and finding the current value of them. Not much makes her happier than helping people – and especially helping them make money on items they no longer want or need. She has spent many years in the flea marketing and antiquing industry and has established a large network of buyers and has gained much knowledge in the history and worth of items. Michele can be described as tenacious, energetic, creative, and inquisitive. She not only has a love of things, but people. Helping others is what drives her. These personality traits are part of what makes her amazing at what she does. She is a wonderful addition to Smooth Transitions and is proud to be able to put her talents into our services.
In her spare time, she volunteers at her two sons’ schools and attends their many soccer games. She also helps her husband run his plumbing business, Drain Works.
My name is Jill McDaniel. When I first heard about Smooth Transitions of SWMO and the services they provided, I knew it would be something that I would love doing.
My husband and I started a small moving business when we moved to Branson in 1997. The need for small movers was incredible, and we became very successful. However, when the economy slowed down, we decided to move to Springfield. My husband continued to work in the furniture moving industry, and I went to work in a customer service position. I enjoyed working with people and helping them with their needs.
When I heard about Smooth Transitions of SWMO, I was very impressed and interested in the many services they offer. This is more than a packing company: it is a full-service, specialty relocation company, with customer service from start to finish.
I love working with Mary Jane. She makes every effort to get to know her clients personally and anticipate their every need and desire. This is an amazing company that has benefited so many. I enjoy seeing the looks on our clients’ faces when they see their home moved and set up in just a few days. We do our best to recreate their personal style in their new home.
I have always enjoyed seniors, and it has been very rewarding for me to assist them during this stressful event. Many of our clients have lived in their home for years. It is a joy to help them through the process and make their transition less stressful.
In my spare time, I enjoy being with friends, shopping, listening to music, hanging out in my garden, and playing with my cat, JJ. Technology has always been an interest of mine, and I started back to school, part time, to achieve a degree in computer science.
